Wasim Tahir
Creator and editor
Wasim Tahir is a development and climate finance specialist, and the creator of UK Public Capital Monitor. He is a Senior Advisor at ODI Global Advisory and to the Centre for Development Finance Studies.
Previously, he spent six years as a Director at British International Investment, focusing on financial sector development and private capital mobilisation. From 2024 to 2026, he was a Research Fellow at Harvard University’s Center for International Development. His work spans development finance institutions, private capital mobilisation, financial sector development and institutional design.
