FCDO records the investment. UK representation operates through the bank's governors and the executive-director constituency shared with Italy and the Netherlands. Capital and voting percentages differ.

AfDFAfrican Development FundUK membership and contributions

FCDO leads UK replenishment commitments. The Fund has its own governors and directors within the AfDB Group. A donor's share of one replenishment must not be presented as ownership or voting power.

CDBCaribbean Development BankUK shareholding

FCDO records the investment and represents UK development interests. CDB's July 2026 release identifies the UK Development Director to the Caribbean as an executive director of the bank.

FCDO records the investment. The UK participates in the bank's multilateral governance through its Board of Governors and executive representation.

FCDO leads UK participation. The institution lists a board constituency shared with Canada and Switzerland. Announced shares, parliamentary approvals, payments and updated votes require separate dates.

PIDGPrivate Infrastructure Development GroupUK Owner-Member

The Trust owns PIDG Holding Company. Trustees seek members' consent for material decisions. Group accountability moved to the holding-company board on 1 January 2026. UK funding amounts do not determine its number of Owner-Member votes.

IFADInternational Fund for Agricultural DevelopmentUK membership and contributions

FCDO leads the UK funding relationship. IFAD’s member governments govern through the Governing Council and Executive Board; the UK participates as a member rather than a company shareholder.
