Ownership and accountability
FCDO leads UK replenishment commitments. The Fund has its own governors and directors within the AfDB Group. A donor's share of one replenishment must not be presented as ownership or voting power.

Four draft orders laid on 13 October cover the African Development Fund’s seventeenth replenishment, debt-relief arrangements for that fund and the World Bank’s International Development Association, and IFAD’s thirteenth replenishment. The parliamentary record confirms the drafts were laid for approval. It does not establish that they have been approved or that contributions have been paid.
